| 摘 要： | 翻译终止是蛋白质合成的最后一步,它包括肽酰t-RNA的水解以及新生肽链的释放。然而翻译终止并不是一个简单的终止过程,不仅有多种因素(如释放因子、终止密码子的上下游序列、反式作用因子)影响翻译终止的效率,而且其本身也可以作为调节基因表达的一个控制点。影响翻译终止效率因素的研究,对于蛋白质翻译调控及某些遗传病、癌症的治疗具有重要意义。

| Abstract: | Translation termination is the last step of protein biosynthesis, which contains hydrolysis of peptidyl-tRNA and release of renascent peptide. It is not a simple process, not only some factors affect efficiency of translation termination, such as release factor, context of stop codon and trans-acting factors, but also translation termination itself plays as a control point of regulation of gene expression. Researches on factors of influencing translation termination have great importance for regulating protein translation, curing genetic dieases and cancers. |
