| 摘 要： | 选派大学生到农村任职，对于加强农村基层组织执政能力，促进城乡之间人才的合理流动，扩大大学生就业渠道具有十分重要的意义。但是，由于这是1项全新的改革和尝试，一些相关的制度和配套机制还很难及时到位，观念的转变也需时日。因此，剖析“大学生村官”计划实施过程中出现的种种问题，并提出相应的解决措施，有助于建立科学、稳定的“大学生村官”制度。
