摘    要:目的]为了研究植物生长调节剂对黄花菜花期和产量性状较大的影响.方法]在抽葶期,对黄花菜喷施植物生长调节剂.结果]与同组其他处理相比,GA3浓度为200 mg/L和6-BA浓度为500 mg/L 2个处理花蕾鲜重、长度和着花数均差异显著;NAA在一定程度上增加了花蕾的鲜重,但花蕾畸形,着花数减少.结论]3种植物生长调节剂对黄花菜花期影响较小,但对其产量性状的影响较大.

Effects of Growth Regulators Treatment on Hemerocallis citrina Baroni Flowering

Abstract: Objective ] The research aimed to study the effects of different growth regulators on Hemerocallis citrine Baroni in blooming period and yieid traits. Method] Different growth regulators were sprayed in bolting period. Result] The effect was the best by spraying 200 mg/L GA3 and 500 mg/L 6-BA, compared with the other control treatment, and the fresh weight of flower bud, the length of flower bud, and the number of flowers were significantly increased. In some degree, NAA increased the fresh weight of flower bud, however, the flower bud had deformity, and the number of flowers had decreased. Conclusion ] Three growth regulators had little effects in the bloming period, but had great effects on yieid traits.
