| Abstract: | Digital library is closely linked with copyright protection under network environment. This paper has mainly analyzed the issues of intellectual property right that digital libraries have to face in the course of library-resources digitalization, the network transmission of digital documents, online enquiry and so on. Then it puts forward some countermeasures for solving the copyright problem in the construction and service of the digital library. |
