| 摘 要： | 目的]建立用高效液相色谱法测定一枝黄花中芦丁的含量。方法]色谱柱为Diamonsil C18,以乙睛-甲醇-0.4%醋酸溶液（16∶8∶76）;流速为1.0ml/min;检测波长为360nm。结果]芦丁线性范围为0.6876～1.6044μg,r=0.9995;平均回收率为99.27%,RSD为0.6%。结论]该方法简便、灵敏、准确。

Result]The good liner rang of rutin was within 0. 687 6 -1. 604 4 μg,r =0. 999 5. The average recovery was 99. 27% and RSD was 0. 6%. Conclusion]The method is simple,sensitive and accurate. |
