| 摘 要： | 群体性事件是在特定的历史背景下,在群众利益诉求过程中的一种手段的异化表现。它导致的后果表面上是影响了正常的社会秩序,实质上却会导致社会凝聚力的离散,所以中国共产党在提高执政能力的过程中,如何有效处理类似于群体性事件的突发事件,需要创造性的运用疏导方法。

| Abstract: | Mass incidents are an alienated expression of the petitions of the masses in seeking their interests under the specific historical context. They lead to consequences that affect the normal order of the society, on the surface, and result in the de- struction of social cohesion, in essence. Therefore, the Chinese Communist Party, in the process of enhancing its ability to govern, should learn how to effectively handle similar mass incidents in a creative ＂dredging＂ way. |
