月季抗黑斑病机理研究

摘    要:对5个月季品种的气孔密度、脯氨酸含量及超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)、多酚氧化酶(PPO)进行了研究。结果表明,抗病品种的气孔密度明显少于感病品种,各品种嫩叶的气孔密度明显少于老叶;老叶的脯氨酸含量高于嫩叶,感病后,感病品种秋月的脯氨酸含量下降26.61%,其他4个品种略有上升;抗病品种嫩叶SOD活性高于感病品种;与老叶相比,病叶SOD、PPO活性上升,POD活性有升有降。月季抗黑斑病性是气孔密度、脯氨酸含量及几种酶综合作用的结果。

Abstract:The stomatal density,content of proline,activity of SOD,POD and PPO were studied in the experiment.he results showed:the stomatal density of resistance-disease variety was less than remarkably sensitive disease and the young leaf was less than old leaf reakably.The proline content of old leaf was well higher than young leaf.And The proline content of the sensitive variety—Qiuyue was descented to 26.61% after disease,and other varieties were increased a little.SOD activity of resistant disease varietiy was well above sensitive disease.The activity of SOD and PPO of sensitive variety was increased after disease.There were very important functions of stomatal density,content of proline and activity of SOD in resistant roes black spot.
