日光消毒配合棉隆、威百亩熏蒸对温室草莓连作障碍及产量情况的影响

摘    要:针对设施草莓连作障碍问题,采用日光消毒配合棉隆、威百亩熏蒸的方法,研究了日光+棉隆、棉隆、日光+威百亩、威百亩4种处理对土壤真菌抑制率、草莓死苗率、植物学性状、产量等因素的影响。结果表明:日光+棉隆与威百亩处理的真菌抑制率、死苗率、产量间分别存在显著性差异,日光+棉隆处理真菌抑制率均值最高,为87.00%,威百亩处理真菌抑制率均值最低,为73.00%;日光+棉隆处理死苗率最低,为6.67%,威百亩处理死苗率最高,为12.33%;日光+棉隆处理667 m^(2)产量最高,为1352.43kg,威百亩处理667m^(2)产量最低,为1 258.00 kg。棉隆、日光+威百亩处理在真菌抑制率、死苗率、产量均处于中游水平,与日光+棉隆、威百亩处理无显著差异。综上所述,日光+棉隆处理抑制土壤真菌和降低草莓死苗率效果最好,且能有效提高产量,是最佳的土壤处理方式。

Abstract:Abstract: Aiming at the problem of continuous cropping obstacle of strawberry in facility, the effects of four treatments of sunlight + Dazomet, Dazomet, sunlight + Metham-sodium and Metham-sodium on fungal inhibition rate of soil, strawberry dead seedling rate, botanical characters and yield were studied by using the method of sunlight high temperature combined with Dazomet and Metham-sodium fumigation. The results showed that among them, there were significant differences in fungal inhibition rate, dead seedling rate and yield between the two treatments of sunlight + Dazomet and Metham-sodium, respectively. The mean fungal inhibition rate of the sunlight + Dazomet treatment was the highest (87.00%), while the mean fungal inhibition rate of the Metham sodium treatment was the lowest (73.00%). The dead seedling rate was the lowest (6.67%) in the treatment of sunlight + Dazomet and the highest (12.33%) in the treatment of Metham-sodium. The yield of sunlight + Dazomet treatment was the highest (1 352.43 kg per 667 m2 ), and the yield of Metham-sodium treatment was the lowest (1 258.00 kg per 667 m2 ). The fungal inhibition rate, dead seedling rate and yield of Dazomet and sunlight + Metham-sodium treatments were in the middle range, which was no significant difference between sunlight + Dazomet and Metham-sodium. In summary, sunlight + Dazomet was the best soil treatment method to inhibit fungi of soil and reduce the dead seedling rate of strawberry, and promote the increase of yield.
