摘    要:本试验以新疆阿克苏地区冬枣采后贮藏中分离的病原菌桔青霉、皱褶青霉、链格孢菌、黄曲霉和黑曲霉为供试菌种,采用平板琼脂打孔法,用7种植物提取液对病原菌进行抑菌试验,以筛选对病原菌抑制作用的天然物质。结果表明7种(花椒、大蒜、八角、党参、桂皮、山楂和甘草)天然植物提取液中对5种病原菌的抑制效果各不相同,大蒜提取液对五种病原菌都有明显抑菌效果,并确定大蒜对桔青霉最小抑菌浓度(MIC)为50%(质量浓度为0.25 g/ml)、皱褶青霉最小抑菌浓度(MIC)为75%(质量浓度为0.375 g/ml)、链格孢菌最小抑菌浓度(MIC)为50%(质量浓度为0.25 g/ml)、黄曲霉最小抑菌浓度(MIC)为50%(质量浓度为0.25 g/ml)和黑曲霉最小抑菌浓度(MIC)为25%(质量浓度为0.125 g/ml)。
