大球盖菇液体培养富锌特性研究

摘    要:食用菌富锌研究报道很多,但培养基中锌添加量及菌体富锌量差别很大,不能适用于各种食用菌。为避免大球盖菇因为在保健功能方面落后而影响其栽培,我们对大球盖菇富锌特性进行了研究。配制不同硫酸锌浓度的PDA培养基,用双硫腙比色法测干菌丝锌含量。结果表明,培养基硫酸锌添加量以385 mg/kg为宜。高于此浓度,硫酸锌对大球盖菇菌丝生长有抑制作用。

Abstract:There are many reports about the research on the accumulation of Zn in edible fungis,but the volume of Zn in the culture medium and in the fungis varies widely,not applicable to various kinds edible fungis.If the health function of stropharia rugoso-annulate is not developed,its cultivation will be affected.,so we did research about the accumulation of Zn in stropharia rugoso-annulate.Stropharia rugoso-annulate was cultured by the different concentrations of ZnSO4 PDA medium,the Zn content was determined by using the method of dithizone colorimetry.The results showed that if the addition of ZnSO4 in culture medium is 385 mg/kg,the consistency was the best.If the consistency is higher,the growth of stropharia rugoso-annulate will be innibition.
