| 摘 要： | 随着知识经济时代的来临,知识已成为组织的关键投入要素,作为知识信息搜集、整理、存储和传播的专门机构,是实施知识管理的理想组织,而图书馆知识管理的核心主题和目标就在于知识共享。基于SECI模型,提出了图书馆知识共享的模式,探讨了知识共享的实现途径。

| Abstract: | Along with era of knowledge economy＇s oncoming,the knowledge has become organization＇s key investment essential factor.As the specialized organization of collecting,reorganizing,storing and disseminating the knowledge information,the key object and aim of library knowledge management was knowledge sharing.In this article,based on the SECI model,the library knowledge sharing pattern was proposed,and the realization method of knowledge sharing was discussed. |
