| 摘 要： | 烟草黑胫病是烟草生产上一类毁灭性真菌病害,严重影响烟草的生产。为了烟草黑胫病的深入研究顺利进行,就云南烟草黑胫病菌在不同培养基上的生长情况进行了分析,结果表明烟草黑胫病菌株菌株在燕麦培养基、选择性培养基和玉米培养基上生长最好,菌落生长快,产生孢子囊的数量多、生物量高,不同菌株对培养基有一定程度上的选择性。

| Abstract: | Tobacco black shank, a ruinous disease induced by Phytophthora parasitica var nicotianae, has influenced the tobacco production seriously. To study the disease intensively, the growth of pathogenic fungi at different cultural medium was analyzed. And the result indicated that it grew better, which means the tested isolates can produce much zoosporangium and grow faster, on the oat agar media, selective media and the corn agar media than on the other media. The different strain had its apt media. |
