摘    要:香菇为低温变温结实型真菌,适宜的冷刺激能诱发香菇的子实体发生。应用mRNA差异显示的方法初步分析了冷刺激前后菌丝体内基因表达的变化,发现冷刺激6h到12h是香菌丝应答冷刺激的关键时段,从而在一定程度上从基因表达角度揭示出冷刺激与香菇子实体发生的关系。

Abstract:Lentinula edodes is the basidiomycetous fungus.Fruiting initiation of Lentinula edodes correlated with low-temperature treatment.This paper surveyed the variations in gene expression of lentinula edodes after low-temperature shock by mRNA differential display.The results showed that most differential expression appears from 6 hours to 12 hours after low temperature shock.And this may be a key period in which the low temperature shock plays an important role in the onset of fruiting body development.
