吉林省玉米新品种品质浅析

摘    要:对1999~2004年吉林省审定的168个玉米新品种的品质指标进行分析。结果表明,近年来吉林省审定的绝大多数玉米品种粗蛋白含量介于9%~11%之间,年际间变化呈平稳趋势;粗淀粉含量普遍低于国家高淀粉最低标准,但呈现自2001年后持续走高的趋势;多数品种粗脂肪的含量整体呈略有下降的趋势;子粒容重近4年间阶段性含量较高,超80%的品种达到国家标准二级以上,但年际间呈现偏低的走势。

Abstract:Quality indexes of 168 new maize varieties released in Jilin province from 1999 to 2004 were analyzed. The results showed that crude protein content of most varieties was from 9 percent to 11 percent, with little change between each year. The crude starch content was lower than national standard, whereas it has increased steadily since 2001. The crude fat content of most varieties decreased gradually. The grain density was relative high in recent 4 years and 80 percent of all varieties came up to the second national standard, while there was a decrease tendency among years.
