| 摘 要： | 为探究适宜凉山地区烤烟最佳钾肥种类,采用对比分析法,对2011年施用复合肥、黄腐酸钾、高效钾、硝酸钾、硫酸钾的烤烟叶外观质量、常规化学成分、中性致香成分进行分析。研究结果表明,施用黄腐酸钾、高效钾烟叶整体外观质量较好,施用硫酸钾烟叶质量较差;施用硝酸钾总氮含量最高,施用硫酸钾上、下部烟叶烟碱含量最高,施用黄腐酸钾中上部烟叶钾含量最高,施用高效钾下部叶钾含量高;施用黄腐酸钾类胡萝卜素类降解产物含量最高,施用硝酸钾苯丙氨酸类降解产物和美拉德反应产物含量较高,施用硫酸钾西柏烷类降解产物、新植二烯、中性致香成分总含量较高。 |

| Abstract: | To explore the optimum suitable potash fertilizer varieties for flue-cured tobacco in Liangshan region,the method of comparative analysis was used to analyze the appearance quality,chemical components and neutral aroma components of flue-cured tobacco by using compound fertilizer,fulvic acid potassium,efficient potassium,potassium nitrate,potassium sulfate in 2011.The results were as follows: The appearance quality of flue-cured tobacco of fulvic acid potassium treatment,efficient potassium was better,but the tobacco of potassium sulfate treatment had poor appearance.The total nitrogen content of potassium nitrate treatment was the highest.The nicotine content of potassium sulfate treatment in upper and lower leaves was the highest.The potassium content of using fulvic acid potassium in upper and middle leaves was the highest and the potassium content of using efficient potassium in lower leaves was the highest.The carotenoid content of fulvic acid potassium treatment was the highest.The phenylalanin and maillard content of potassium nitrate treatment was the highest.The neophytadiene and total neural aroma components of potassium sulfate treatment were the highest. |
