| 摘 要： | 农村劳动力大幅减少,水稻轻简栽培的面积越来越大,机插秧、小苗直栽等方式涉及到育秧环节,千家万户技术难以掌握、措施难以到位,育秧的风险较高,以农技服务部门、技术人员等为载体的产业化育秧群体应运而生。本文通过调查,分析了产业化育秧的发展历程和现状,指出了产业化育秧的特点与作用,提出了产业化育秧的对策建议。

| Abstract: | With the labors in rural area decrease greatly,simple and light cultivation of rice is increasing in area.But due to high risk of seedling nurturing and hard grasp of techniques like transplanting by machine and direct planting with small seedling by individual household,it is necessary to establish specialized industrializing seedling nurturing teams in agricultural technique service agents to serve for rice production.In this paper,the author also analyzes the current status and procedure of industrializing seedling nurturing,points out the character and function of industrializing seedling nurturing and puts forwards the countermeasures. |
