| Abstract: | To counter the rarely-used Chinese characters of the GBK character library and rarely-used Chinese characters not collected in the GBK library, the paper has proposed several practical input skills and methods for rarely used Chinese characters when the responsible people are indexing on a library computer and for rarely used Chinese characters when readers are applying a new ID card from the library. |
