| 摘 要： | 目的]为兴山优质烟叶生产提供理论参考。方法]选取兴山烟区有代表性的烟叶样品,采取常规香气物质含量测定方法对致香物质进行测定,并与津巴布韦优质烟叶进行比较分析。结果]兴山中橘三中性致香物质及酸性成分总量明显高于津巴布韦烟叶,不同部位多酚化合物含量及多酚总量不同,中上部兴山烟叶高于津巴布韦烟叶,下部兴山烟叶略低。结论]兴山产区烤烟致香物质含量丰富,整体质量接近津巴布韦优质烟叶,但在个别指标方面还存在少许差距,需采取措施进一步改善。
