摘    要:为掌握苦瓜表型性状变化特点及其遗传多样性,试验对46份苦瓜种质资源的31个表型性状进行分析评价。结果表明,46份材料的31个表型性状具有较高的遗传多态性,其变异系数为5.39%~89.96%,平均变异系数为28.01%;采用可变类平均法,在遗传距离12.72处,将46份苦瓜材料划分成4大类群;第2大类群在阈值10.18处又细分为3个亚类。研究结果明确了不同材料的表型特异性和遗传多样性,筛选出一些特异品种资源,这将有利于苦瓜种质的创新利用和遗传改良。

Abstract:Thirty-one phenotypic traits of 46 bitter gourd germplasm resources were analyzed and evaluated for mastering the phenotypic traits variation characteristics and the genetic diversity of bitter gourd.The results showed that high genetic variation was detected on 31 phenotypic traits of 46 bitter gourd germplasm accessions,and the coefficient of variation was 5.39%-89.96%,the average coefficient of variation was 28.01%.Cluster analysis by flexible group average method showed that these 46 bitter gourd accessions could be divided into 4 major groups at the genetic distance of 12.72,and the second group was subdivided into 3 subgroups at the threshold of 10.18.The phenotype specific and genetic diversity of different accessions were indicated in the results,and some specific germplasm resources were screened out,which will be in favor of creative utilization and genetic improvement of bitter gourd germplasm.
