| 摘 要： | 本研究采用褶纹冠蚌同一个体自体外套膜小片育珠,结果珍珠质量明显提高。采用三角帆蚌制取外套膜小片植入褶纹冠蚌。结果珍珠质量极差,大多数蚌产不出珍珠;采用褶纹冠蚌制取外套膜小片植入三角帆蚌,结果三分之一的蚌能得到质量高于褶纹冠蚌,产量高于三角帆蚌的珍珠。作者认为供片蚌和受片蚌间相适关系影响珍珠质量,研究如何提高褶纹冠蚌小片在三角帆蚌体内成珠的比率,在生产上是很有意义的。

| Abstract: | The same imdividrul of the clam Cristaria Plicata was used as both the supplier and the accepter ofthe mantle piece in the operation of transplantation in this study. The quality of pearls generated by the clams accepting this operation was significantly high. The pearl quality was exeremely poor when using the clam Hyriopsis cumingii as the mantle piece supplier and the clam Cristaria plicata as the mantlepiece accepter,and most clams in this group generated no pearls.When using the clam Cristaria plicata as the mantle piece supplier and the clam Hyriallepter as the manfte piece accepter one third ofthe clams generated pearls with higher quality than that of pearls generated by the clam Cristaria plicata with normal operation, and the pearl output of these clams was higher that than of the clam Hyriopsis cumingii with normal operations. It is believed that the relationship between the supplier and the accepter of the mantle piece affected the pearl qua-lity. Further styudics on improving the pearl-forming rate of the mantle pioce from the clam Cristaria plicata in the body of the clam Hyriopsis cumingii are meaningful for pearl farming. |
