鬼针草(Bidens bipinnata L.)多倍体的诱变

摘    要:我们用改良琼脂法对鬼针草(BidensbipinnataL.)进行多倍体诱变,其诱变率达55%。多倍体后代B—97的生物学特征与对照相比有显著差异。B—97叶片面积是对照叶面积的1.5—2倍;果实长度比对照增大17.5%;气孔器长度约是对照的1.5倍。B—97结实极度下降。

Abstract:We induced autopolyploid of Bidens bipinnata L.by way of improving agar smear.The rate of induction was 50%.The autopolyploid B 97 differ widely from its parents diploid in biological characteristics.The leaf area of B 97 was 1 5 or 2 times as large as the area of diploid,the length of stoma of B 97 was about 1 5 times as long as their parents and the fruit longth increased by 17 5%.The rate of fructification of B 97 decreased rapidly.
