| 摘 要： | 本文采用气相色谱法,在CP-8737毛细管柱上以正十四烷为内标,用FID检测器对乙蒜素进行分离和定量。本方法的标准偏差为0.19;变异系数为0.24%;平均回收率为99.52%;线性相关系数为:0.999 95。

| Abstract: | A method for separation and determination of ethylicin EC by GC With CP-8737 capillary column FID detector and n-tetradecane as internal standard was introduced in this paper.The results showed that the standard deviation was 0.19,the coefficient of variation was 0.24%,the average recovery was 99.52%,the linear correlation was 0.999 95,respectively. |
