| 摘 要： | 用短程序分析法测定了 16头产后中国 -荷斯坦奶牛外周血浆和尿中羟脯氨酸 (HYPRO)和 3-甲基组氨酸 (3- MEHIS)的浓度 ,用以找出胶原蛋白和肌浆球蛋白的代谢与奶牛子宫复旧的关系。试验结果表明 ,产后 6 0～ 90 d奶牛 HYPRO和 3- MEHIS的平均浓度分别为 13.4 7±2 .38和 18.35± 2 .77nmol· m L-1(血中 ) ;138.93± 2 2 .99和 37.0 9± 3.90 nmol· m L-1(尿中 )。而产后第一天血、尿中 HYPRO的浓度分别为 2 8.4 6和 2 84 .30 nmol· m L-1;3- MEHIS的浓度分别为 30 .86和 6 5 .4 8nmol· m L-1。随产后时间延长 ,浓度逐渐下降 ,至产后 5 0 d时 (血中 3-MEHIS为 35 d) ,血、尿中两种氨基酸的浓度均降至正常水平 ,此时 HYPRO的浓度分别为 10 .92nmol· m L-1(血 )和 10 9.18nmol· m L-1(尿 ) ;而 3- MEHIS分别为 17.2 1nmol(血 )和 33.5 1nmol· m L-1(尿 )。血、尿中这两种氨基酸的浓度和复旧子宫角的直径有良好的相关性 ,相关系数分别为 r=0 .81和 r=0 .79

| Abstract: | The peripheral and urinary concentrations of hydroxyproline(HYPRO) and 3-methyl histidine were measured in 16 Chinese-Holstein postpartum cows by using short procedure method to show the relationship between collagen and myosin degradation and uterine involution. The results showed that the mean concentrations of HYPRO and 3-MEHIS in the cows within days 60 to 90 postpartum were 13. 47±2.38 and 18.35±2.77 nmol/ml (blood);138. 93±22.99 and 37.09±3.90 nmol/ml (urine). The concentrations of blood and urinary HYPRO on the first day after calving were 28. 46 and 284.30 nmol/ml;and 30. 86 and 65. 48nmol/ml for 3-MEHIS, respectively. The concentrations of these two amino acids reduced gradually and were all reached the lowest levels by day 35 and 50 postpartum respectively.There were good correlations between the blood and urinary concentrations of HYPRO (r＝0.81) and uterine diameters. |
