| 摘 要： | 以张掖市1997年以来城市基准地价的动态变化为依据进行分析。采用内部结构比率分析法和主成分分析法对影响张掖市基准地价变化的基本因素进行了分析,揭示了引起基准地价动态变化的主要内在驱动因子为经济发展水平、基础设施的完善程度和产业结构状态。

| Abstract: | The dynamic changes of the standard land price from 1997 in Zhangye were analyzed.Using the internal structure of ratio analysis and principal component analysis on the impact of Zhangye city,the standard land price changes in basic factors were analyzed.The result revealed that economic development,infrastructure improvement and industrial structure were main driving factors that caused the dynamic changes of standard land price. |
