| 摘 要： | 进行连翘嫩枝扦插技术研究,结果表明:连翘嫩枝扦插时采用500 mg/L吲哚乙酸处理插穗,成活率可达到90.5%;连翘嫩枝扦插方法与其他繁殖方法相比,具有省工、省时、成活率高、苗木生长快的特点,同时具有补充在春节以外时段繁殖的优势,能较好地保持母本的优良性状。

| Abstract: | Softwood Gutting technology of Forsythia suspensa(Thunb.) vahl.was studied.The results showed that using 500 mg/L indole acetic acid to deal with the cuttings of Forsythia suspensa(Thunb.)vahl.,the survival rate could reach 90.5%.Compared with other breeding methods,softwood cutting had following characteristics,such as labor-saving,time-saving,high survived rate and fast growth.At the same time,softwood cuttings could breed outside the Spring Festival period,and it was a better parent to maintain the good ... |
