| 摘 要： | 利用水蒸汽蒸馏法对啤酒花中挥发油进行提取及GC/MS对样品进行定性分析,并用面积归一化法进行定量。以为啤酒花中挥发油在食品工业的发展提供化学依据。

| Abstract: | The volatile oil of Humulus lupulus was extracted by steam distillation.The extraction was analyzed qualitativly by GC-MS and was analyzed quantitativly by area normalized method,in order to provide chemical basis for the development of vovatile oil in Humulus lupulus in food industry. |
