| 摘 要： | 为了获得PCR引物设计的理想方法,笔者运用NCBI等数据库与引物设计软件Primer Premier 5.0等工具,结合引物设计的原则,完成目的基因的引物设计,并对设计后的引物进行BLAST比对、综合评价和基因的重新检测等分析,据此对PCR反应条件进行优化研究。结果表明,通过这些数据库和软件所设计的引物能基本满足后续的RT-PCR反应,可以进行进一步的分子生物学研究。
