摘    要:介绍了食品生物化学实验课程的教学目的,从实验教学内容、教学资源、教学模式、实验室建设几方面阐述了食品生物化学实验课程的教学改革,最后评价了食品生物化学实验课程改革取得的效果。

Abstract:The teaching objectives of the course Food and Biochemistry Experiment were introduced,and the teaching reform of the course Food and Biochemistry Experiment was expounded from the aspects of experimental teaching contents,teaching materials,model of teaching and laboratory construction.Finally,the effects of the reform of the course Food and Biochemistry Experiment were evaluated.
