原子荧光法测定大米、老白酒、土壤及肥料中硒含量的研究

摘    要:通过对大米、老白酒、土壤及肥料消解方法和原子荧光光度计最佳仪器条件的研究,确定了上述样品的检测方法并应用于实践。该方法的线性浓度范围为0~10 ng/mL,检出限为0.6 ng/g,各样品回收率均在75%以上。方法简便、可靠、准确,可应用于大米、老白酒、土壤及肥料中硒含量的检测。

Study on Determination of Selenium in Rice,Rice Wine,Soil and Fertilizer by AFS

Abstract:The method of assimilation for rice,rice wine,soil and fertilizer,and the optimum condition of the instrument were studied,and the sample detective method was confirmed and applied in practice.The linear concentration range was 0~10 ng/mL,the detective limit was 0.6 ng/g,and the recovery rates of the samples were all above 75%.The method was simple,reliable and accurate,and could be used in determination of selenium in rice,rice wine,soil and fertilizer.
