| 摘 要： | 结合当前淮北地区节水农业发展的现状,针对该地区节水农业发展中的水资源浪费、节水技术单一、节水农业普及率较低等问题,提出了应采用工程与非工程节水技术的有机结合、加强创新与投资、加强组织管理等有效解决节水农业中问题的对策,为淮北地区发展节水农业提供借鉴。
