摘    要:<正> 我省从1960年开始广泛应用敌敌畏乳油防治菜青虫,近年来哈尔滨市、牡丹江市、佳木斯市、齐齐哈尔市等菜区,普遍反映用敌敌畏乳油防治菜青虫效果降低。由于防治效果降低原因不清,尽管加大了敌敌畏乳油的使用量,还是控制不住菜青虫的为害。为了明确防治效果降低的原因,我们用敌敌畏乳油对粘虫、甘兰夜盗进行药效测


A STUDY ON THE RESISTANCE TO DDVP IN IMPORTED CABBAGEWORM(PIERIS RAPAE L.)
Abstract:This study was undertaken to investigate the cause of significant decrease of effectiveness of DDVP in recent years against imported cabbageworm Pieris rapae in Heilongjiang province. DDVP 80% EC diluted to conventional rate was tested for toxicity to 3rd instar larvae of Pseudaletia separata and 5th instar larvae of mamestra brassicae in laboratory. Both tests gave 100% mortality. Thus, a bioassay of the same preparation of same grade compared to treatment with Phoxim to the populations of P. rapae from field collections in Harbin suburb, A-Chen Animal Raising farm, and Heilongjiang Ba-Yi Agricultural college were conducted in order to evaluate the resistance to DDVP in these populations. Results indicated that the resistance to DDVP in Harbin suburb population was significantly higher than that of the other two populations. The LC_(50) value to Harbin population which showed high susceptibility level to phoxim was 19.4X greater for DDVP compared to Ba-Yi Agricultural College population. Results also reflected that recent widespread usage of DDVP for P. rapae control in Harbin may be considered as a main cause of the development of resistance mentioned.
