| 摘 要： | 目的]获得荔枝菌的部分生物学特性及其产多糖的最佳条件。方法]比较4种培养基,筛选出最适合荔枝菌菌丝体生长的培养基,并用正交设计方法,以生长量等为指标,研究荔枝菌产多糖最佳条件。结果]玉米麦麸加马铃薯综合培养基最适合荔枝菌菌丝体生长;荔枝菌菌丝体生长最适温度为25.0℃,最适pH值为6,最佳碳源为蔗糖,最佳氮源为酵母粉。正交试验表明,在玉米麦麸加马铃薯综合培养基中添加蔗糖1%、酵母粉0.3%,调节pH值至7,为菌丝体生长和产多糖的最佳条件。结论]了解荔枝菌的生物学特性、最佳产多糖条件,有利于对其进行人工驯化栽培。
