| 摘 要： | 该文阐述了以龙井43茶树叶片和茶籽为材料,采用SDS-I和CTAB-I的方法对茶树叶片和茶籽中的DNA进行提取,对所得DNA质量进行检测的过程,表明不同材料均可提取高质量的DNA。
