摘    要:以内蒙古草原地区的冷蒿为研究对象,采用石蜡切片制片法对冷蒿小孢子分化过程进行了观察研究.结果表明:冷蒿花药壁的发育属于双子叶型;绒毡层为变形绒毡层;小孢子减数分裂过程所发生的胞质分裂为连续型,在四分体时期冷蒿4个小孢子以左右对称形和四面体形排列.

Abstract:The process of A.frigida Willd.microspore differentiation was observed by paraffin-cut section method.The results showed that the development of anther wall was dicotyledonous and thal the tapetum was metamorphous and the cytokinesis during the microspore meiosis was successive.The tetrads of microspore were on isoblateral symmetry and tetrahedral arrangement.
