宁夏辣椒采后贮藏过程中潜伏病原菌的研究

摘    要:以宁夏某设施蔬菜基地的辣椒为研究对象,对在12℃和20℃两个不同贮藏温度下辣椒病害的微生物,进行了分离和初步鉴定。试验从辣椒的果柄、果蒂和果身部分进行取样,进行分离纯化培养,最终分别从2个不同贮藏温度的辣椒上分离出潜伏菌9株和8株,并对最典型的4株潜伏侵染菌进行了初步鉴定。结果表明,这4株潜伏菌分别为根霉属(Rhizopus),链格孢属(Alternaria),根腐霉属(Fythium),欧文氏菌属的胡萝卜软腐欧文氏菌(E.carotovora)。

Abstract:The pepper of a vegetable base was studied in Ningxia. The pepper under the storage temperature 12 ℃ and 20 ℃ were separated and identified. The experiment samples were got from different parts of pepper,and latent micro-organisms were cultured,separated and identified. 9 strains(at 12 ℃) and 8 strains(at 20 ℃) were separated,which ultimately 4 strains were identified. As a result,the four strains were Rhizopus,Alternaria,Fythium,Erwinia.
