超干燥烟草种子活力丧失规律研究

摘    要:本项试验研究1979~2000年采收并经过超干燥处理的37份烟草种子在4种贮藏条件下保存,定期进行发芽试验.一年后在温室种子柜和室内种子柜保存的种子失去发芽率,而在低温冷藏库和干燥器内的种子仍保持原有的发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数.为长期、安全保存烟草种子和延长超干燥烟草种子保存寿命提供理论依据及配套措施.

Abstract:tobacco seeds collected in 1979~2000 put in 4 storage conditions respectively, and test seeds germination regularly. The seed vitality dropped to 0 by storage in greenhouse and in natural condition after one year. But the seed germination energy, germination percentage, germination index retain its initials that preserved in refrigerator and in desiccator. The study will provide the theory base and corresponding scientific ways to long and safely storage tobacco seed, and to prolong longevity of ultra dry tobacco seed.
