| 摘 要： | 根据发达国家的柑橘产业发展经验,结合怀化的生态环境、品种资源优势、区位优势、生产规模和现有的产业框架,分析了怀化柑橘产业发展中存在的主要问题有:柑橘品种结构单一、单位均产偏低、总体效益小高以及柑橘冻害等.提出了发展怀化柑橘产业的关键是立足地方特色,优化品种结构,扩大鲜食加工兼优高附加值柑橘良种的生产,做好一个地域性国际品牌"雪峰牌";要转变思路,宣传引导.政策扶植;要遵循自然规律,规避冻害风险,适地适栽;依托现代企业发展,开拓产品大市场等. |
