Abstract:In this paper, the principle and methods of enzyme immunoassay (EIA) were introduced briefly, the application of EIA in detection of fruits and vegetables were commented in details. And the development of EIA and its prospect used in the control of quality and safety for fruits and vegetables were also promoted forward.
