| 摘 要： | 为解决 2 1世纪我国农业可持续发展和 16亿人口对粮食的巨大需要 ,必须大力普及节水灌溉技术 ,全面提高灌溉水的利用率和利用效率。在分析节水灌溉节水潜力基础上 ,提出了我国节水灌溉农业的建设途径。

| Abstract: | For sustainable development of agriculture, and for supplying enough food to the enormous population of 1.6 billion in the 21st century, it is necessary to extend widely water saving techniques, and to improve significantly use coefficient and use efficiency of Irrigation water. Based on full analysis on potentials in all aspects in water saving irrigation area, this paper discusses, in details, the ways of developing water saving Irrigation Agriculture in China. |
