三元催化转化器起燃特性的有限元模拟研究

摘    要:利用CFD软件耦合三元催化转化器化学反应传热、传质模型对催化转化器冷启动起燃特性进行有限元模拟研究。通过对不同扩张管夹角、入口排气温度及催化剂担载模式的三元催化转化器分别进行模拟研究,利用模拟结果进行优化分析,提出了提高三元催化转化器冷启动净化效率的措施。

Abstract:The heat and mass transfer model of chemical reactions in monolith was coupled to simulate the light-off characteristics of catalytic converter during cold start by CFD.The simulation is focused on the angle of inlet cone,inlet(temperature) and the distribution of activator.With the simulated results,an optimum design in order to improve the cleaning efficiency of catalytic converter during cold start has been achieved.
