摘    要:蝴蝶兰属于景天酸(CAM)代谢植物,气孔白天关闭,光合作用中的CO2不是从空气中直接吸收,而是来源于夜间形成的苹果酸,光合仪无法直接测定其叶片的光合变化规律。本试验以蝴蝶兰品种“靓红”为试材,利用氧电极方法测定蝴蝶兰叶片的放氧速率来反映其叶片的光合作用规律,为直接、准确测定CAM植物的光合特性提供一条新的途径。

Abstract:Phalaenopsis is one kind of CAM metabolism plant.Its stomata is closed in day and the CO2 used in photosynthesis is from malic acid produced in night but not from atmosphere.So the conventional photosynthetic instruments couldn't determine the photosynthesis directly.The method to determine the oxygen evolution rate by oxygen electrode was stduied with phalaenopsis variety Lianghong as material,which could reflect its photosynthesis.It provided a new way for directly and accurately determining the photosynt...
