| Abstract: | Chemostat culture has been utilized widely for its ability to keep microorganisms grow in constant conditions.In this paper,the chemostat culture of recombinant Pichia pastoris is reviewed from the viewpoints of substrate feeding,methanol concentration,methanol feeding and dilution rate. |
