摘    要:通过对螺旋开沟机所输土块的运动及受力情况进行分析可知:当土块与坑壁之间的摩擦力能阻止土块随叶片旋转时,土块在螺旋叶片上所受作用力相互平衡。由此,推导山立轴柱形变螺距螺旋开沟机的临界转速。此即为保证土壤在螺旋而上上升的基本条件,而实际转速则大于临界转速。该分析为进一步设计立轴柱形变螺距螺旋开沟机提供了依据。

Abstract:By analyzing of the motion and received-forces conditions of a soil unit body on the spiral of the helix ditching machine during soil lifting, When the friction between the soil and the side of hole can stop the rotation of a soil unit body together with helix blade, The receive-forces of the soil is balance each other. Thus, Calculating the critical rotational speed of the helix ditching machine. It is a basic condition that can guaranteed the soil moving upward on the helix surface. The actual rotational speed is bigger than it. The analyzing supplies a foundation for the further design.
