| 摘 要： | 分别选择18名男性和40名女性志愿者作为受试对象,测定返魂草对人体的免疫作用。受试者被随机分为安慰剂组和试食组(干预组),采用双盲的方法给予返魂草提取液。在不改变生活饮食习惯条件下,受试者连续2个月每日服用返魂草提取液10mL,采静脉血分别测定食用前和食用2个月后的各项生化指标,并检测血尿酸。结果表明:老年前期的正常人在食用返魂草提取液2个月后,白细胞介素-2(IL-2)的生成较未食用者明显增高,白细胞吞噬指数试食组与安慰剂组比较差异显著,说明返魂草对人体具有较好的免疫增强作用。 |

| Abstract: | Fifty eight volunteers, 18 men and 40 women, were chosen asintakersto observe immunization of Senecio cannabifolius Less in human body. These volunteers were randomly divided into placebo group and intervention group,and received the extract of Senecio cannabifolius Less with the bi blind method. Theintakers, without any changes in their life habits, took 10 mL／d orally within two months. Two months before and after the experiment, blood was taken out of their veins, various biochemical indexes were measured and content of urea acid was determined. The results suggested that two months later IL-2 of old men increased compared with the placebo group, and significance level of macrophage index of leucocyte existed between placebo group and intervention group, indicating that Senecio cannabifolius Less has greater immunizationto human body. |
