花生收获机传动系统的运动机理分析与参数优化

摘    要:通过对4H-2型花生收获机传动系统的运动机理分析,得到了该收获机传动部件的运动规律以及传动部件中主要参数的关系表达式。以提高作业质量、延长机具寿命、简化结构布局、确保动力传动的高效可靠为目标,建立了传动机构的优化模型。利用Matlab等相关软件,对4H-2型花生收获机的传动机构进行了优化分析,确定了主要杆件的尺寸,提高了4H-2型花生收获机的性能与工作可靠性,降低了造价。

Abstract:Based on the motion analysis of transmission system on 4H-2 type peanut harvester, a motion rule of the transmission was realized and the main parameters expression of the transmission parts was founded. In order to improve working quality, extend longevity, predigest structure, assure the effect and the credibility of power transmission, the optimization model of transmission was created. The transmission on 4H-2 type peanut harvester was optimized by some correlative software, such as Matlab etc., optimum of size of the main poles of the transmission was found. The performance and working credibility of 4H-2 type peanut harvester were improved, and the cost of manufacturing was cut down. The results offered the theory foundation for study on peanut harvester and the other resemble machines.
