| 摘 要： | 从灌溉、节水灌溉和农业节水3个方面，对灌区高效用水的内涵进行了诠释。通过分析论证，认为我国灌区高效用水蕴含着巨大潜力。同时提出灌区高效用水的4个基本要求，即正确的工作思路、良好的工程条件、有计划的灌溉水管理以及用水户积极参与。根据我国灌区特别是大型灌区的实际情况，灌区高效用水的途经应重点强调试验研究、灌溉用水管理和水资源重复利用3个方面。

| Abstract: | The connotation of high_efficiency water use in irrigation district is explained from three aspects including irrigation, water_saving irrigation and agricultural water saving. Through analysis and reasoning, it is recognized that great potential of high_efficiency water use exists in China. Meanwhile, four basic requirements of high_efficiency water use in irrigation district are put forward as following: correct working thought, good project condition, planned water management, and active participation of water users. According to actual situation of irrigation districts, especially large_sized irrigation districts in China, three ways, i.e., experiment study, irrigation water management and reuse of water resources should be emphasized in practicing high_efficiency water use in irrigation districts. |
