猪粪沼液施用对麦稻轮作土壤碳库特性的影响

摘    要:以典型稻麦两熟制农田为研究对象,分析猪粪、沼液替代化肥对土壤不同层次总有机质、活性有机质的影响,并计算各处理的碳库活度、活度指数和碳库管理指数。结果表明,以常规施肥为参照,100%猪粪和50%猪粪替代化肥处理均显著增加了0-20cm土壤总有机质、活性有机质含量,分别提高了54.58%,57.83%和21.82%,22.08%(p<0.05),进而显著提高了土壤碳库管理指数,分别提高了60.31%和22.70%(p<0.05)。100%沼液和50%沼液替代化肥处理也提高了0-20cm土壤碳库管理指数,分别提高了22.56%和3.07%,主要是由于沼液替代化肥措施改善了土壤有机质活度,其活度指数较常规施肥分别提高了16.57%和8.00%。可见,采用猪粪、沼液替代化肥措施均不同程度地提高了土壤碳库管理指数,对改善稻麦两熟制农田土壤有机质质量有重要作用。

Abstract:Field experiments were conducted to investigate effects of pig manure or biogas slurry application combined with chemical fertilizers on organic matter and labile organic matter contents of soil,lability of carbon pool,lability index(LI) and carbon pool management index(CPMI) in order to assess soil quality under wheat-rice rotation system.The results clearly demonstrated that the CPMI of 100%PM and 50%PM treatments were significantly increased by 60.31% and 22.70% compared to NPK treatment,respectively.This could be explained that the organic matter and labile organic matter contents of 0-20 cm soil were significantly increased by 54.58% and 57.83% under 100%PM,and by 21.82% and 22.08% under 50%PM treatment compared to NPK treatment,respectively.While,compared with NPK treatment,the values of CPMI were also increased by 22.56% and 3.07% under 100%PS and 50%PS treatments,respectively.Mainly for the reason that the LI of 100%PS and 50%PS treatments were increased by 16.57% and 8.00% compared to NPK treatment,respectively.In all,the CPMI were increased by pig manure or biogas slurry application combined with chemical fertilizers,which could play an important role on improving the soil quality in wheat-rice rotation system.
