摘    要:为探讨不同海拔梯度对土壤活性有机碳库的影响,以西藏色季拉山(西坡)的高山灌丛(AS)、杜鹃林(RF)、急尖长苞冷杉林(AGSF1~6)和林芝云杉林(PLLF)为试验对象,研究林地土壤有机碳、微生物量碳和易氧化态碳的变化特征。结果表明:高海拔植被类型具有较高的土壤活性有机碳含量和分配比例。土壤有机碳含量与土壤pH值和容重呈显著负相关(p<0.05)。在土壤剖面垂直分布上,随着土壤深度增加,土壤总有机碳、微生物量碳和易氧化态碳含量均呈现随土层深度增加而逐渐减小的变化规律。土壤总有机碳、微生物量碳和易氧化态碳含量沿海拔梯度具有明显的变化规律,即随海拔的升高,土壤总有机碳、微生物量碳和易氧化态碳含量逐渐变大。土壤微生物量碳和总有机碳量有较好的正相关性,有机碳含量越高,土壤微生物量碳越大。

Abstract:In order to explore the effects of elevation gradinets on soil active carbon pool,alpine shrub(AS),rhododendron forest(RF),Abies georgei var.smithii forest(AGSF1~6)and Picea likiangensis var.linzhiensis forest(PLLF) were chosen as experimental sites along an elevation gradient in the Sejila mountainous area of Tibet,and to examine the variations of soil organic carbon(SOC),soil microbial biomass(SMBC) and readily oxidizable organic carbon(ROC).The results showed that compared with lower-elevation vegetation types,higher ones were found significantly higher in their LOC content and proportion.The SOC content was significantly negatively correlated with soil pH and bulk density(p<0.05).The content of total SOC,microbial biomass carbon and readily oxidizable organic carbon decreased with increase of soil horizons.The content of total SOC,SMBC and ROC were increasing along the elevation gradient in Sejila mountain.The relationship between soil microbial biomass and readily oxidizable organic carbon was significant(p<0.05).The more content of SOC was,the more content of SMB was.
