| 摘 要： | 城市建设要树立生态文明建设的理念，保护性地开发利用城市湿地资源，充分发挥其生态保护、观赏游憩和科学文化等方面的功能作用。长沙城市湿地的保护利用要立足其自然和社会经济条件，采取坚持生态优先、科学开发利用、突出湿地文化、加强宣传教育等措施，充分发挥湿地的综合功能，建设城市生态文明。

| Abstract: | Urban construction need establishing ecological civilization concept, protective development of urban wetland resources and giving full play to its functions of ecological protection and ornamental recreation. Changsha＇s wetland protection and utilization should be based on its natural and social economic conditions. In the concept of ecological priority, scientific development and utilization, outstanding wetland culture, we should strengthen the propaganda education and give full play to the comprehensive function of wetland to construct urban ecological civilization. |
