摘    要:分析了车辆半主动悬架系统及可调阻尼减振器的性能,建立起数学模型,设计了可调阻尼减振器,并进行了不同道路条件下的实车行驶试验,通过结果结果的分析比较,表明半主动悬架在提高车辆乘座舒适性方面要优珩被动悬架。

Abstract:The design of vehicle suspension systems must meet the requirements of ride comfort and handling stability. But the conventional passive suspension can ensure the best compromise only under the conditions of some definite roads and speeds. With the rapid development of electronic technique, vehicle semi active suspension, which has the excellent performance of reducing vehicle vibration and high performance/cost ratio, is drawing more and more attention. In the paper, we analyse the performance of the semi active suspension and adjustable damper, establish the mathematical models, design the adjustable damper and carry out the vehicle driving tests under different road conditions. The results of vehicle driving tests show that the performance of fuzzy controlled semi active suspension surpasses that of passive suspension in ride comfort.
